Monkey Inside A Tour Bus

It is a travel season. People often join group tours.

My two-cent advice to those who are touring the foreign countries is:
"Do not trust the local bus driver". Here is our experience:

A few years ago, during our NTUMC mini class reunion trip to
Spain/Portugal/Morocco, we took a tour to Gibraltar, where we also
visited the Gibraltar cave. Before we took off from the local tour bus,
the driver warned us that there were a lot of "offensive monkeys"
inside the cave and they loved to "grab" women's purses. He advised
our ladies to leave all their purses inside the bus for "safety" reason.
With our absolute trust in him, all the ladies did what he had advised.

When we came out of the cave, after going through the cave tour,
someone mentioned if anyone had seen a monkey. The fact was that
there were none. Upon returning to our local tour bus, a few of our
ladies noticed there was something wrong inside their purses. Some
of them found their large US dollar bills were missing..

Do you think there was a big "monkey" inside our local tour bus while
we were out for the cave tour?

This is something for us to keep in mind when we are traveling,
especially when touring to certain foreign countries and taking the
local standby tour bus.
