Our updated NTUMC class book has finally arrived. The very first one was printed in 1988, when we also had our first class reunion 20 years after graduation. It was only until the year of 2000 when we had the 2nd edition. Now 13 years later, or 45 years after graduation, the new edition means a lot as it is the time most of the classmates have retired.
The class book is 圖文並貌. With the exception of a few 天生麗質, 黑髮童顏, most of the classmates are now "老了", but they are "老的有自信, 有氣質" and they all appear happy and "滿足".
With new members (女婿, 媳婦, 孫子, 孫女.) continuing to add in, the family picture (全家福) of each classmate now appears to be rather crowded and busy.
Their recorded 感言s commonly refer to "古稀老人", "黃昏歲月", "夕陽無限好"...... . Although many of them have accomplished outstanding achievements, academically and professionally, and share their 心路歷程s, all refer themselves as "快樂 的平凡人".
Most importantly, the classmates take the opportunity to express their sincere appreciation (感恩) to their better halves. FYH emphasizes the wisdom of "少年夫妻老來伴".
RYG's memory of the 仁愛路–段 (by the NTUMC campus) was more like a "樸實的村姑", he now depicts it as "濃妝艷抹的貴婦".
Some of the photo messages are quite interesting. MHT has four photos with message following each photo:
"歡喜冤家 亦吵亦樂" "佛祖保佑 四代同堂"
"含飴弄孫 其樂融融" "神似阿公 可愛古錐"
There are also poetic 感言s written by the classmates:

WH is an artist and poet, she attached one of her recent paintings “春山” and 填詞一首 “醉花間” :
桃花好，李花 好，春日尋芳早。信步野郊遊，綠水青山繞 。
百草映千花，東風啼翠鳥。花落憶伊人，歲月催人老。
In her 感言, she also wrote a poem:
莫嘆鬢霜衰顏容 氣質瀟灑依然同
天涯羈泊終不悔 西北東南任好風
