碧水常圍著青山轉

"高山青　澗水藍" is one of the popular folk songs in Taiwan.

It is a love song.

It says:

"The girl (姑娘) of Ali Mountain (阿里山) is pretty as the water."
"The youth (少年) of Ali Mountain is strong as the mountain."

and

"The girl and that youth never will be parted -like the blue water flows around the green mountain."

It is also a song depicting the beauty and eternal of Mt Ali in Taiwan:

"高山長青　澗水長藍"

and

"碧水常圍著青山轉"


In Taiwan, there are mainly two major political parties: the "Green' (綠 or 青) and the "Blue"(藍 or 碧). 

I hope, one of these days, the "Blue" and the "Green" can forever harmoniously work together, hand in hand like "碧水常圍著青山轉", gracefully as you would perceive in this folk song.
