On this Christmas Day I received a great present. It was given to me by my son, Andrew.

Andrew established and designed a brand new Blog site called "yehtze.com" for me as my personal blog site. Now I am a true blogger. My blogs can be viewed by my family, relatives, and my friends, and not just my classmates.

Since this is just the beginning, I would like you as the readers to comment on the design of this site and make any recommendations.

葉子的"博客"心路

每個人都有自己的故事, 親身的經驗, 以及對事的看法. 有人將它們深藏在心靈深處, 有人寫下來與人共享.

個人的”微博”會給自己一個彈性的空間, 可以自由自在抒發心中的感受, 寫下自己的感觸. 它也可能是漫不經心的自言自語, 也可能是當下直覺的衝動, 隨性所至, 想寫就寫.

記下你的人生, 將那些支離破碎的生活瑣事, 併湊成一幅比較完整的的圖畫. 它不必是一篇冗長的自傳. 或許將來回頭再讀自己記下來的故事, 更會重新認識自己, 看到自己當年真正在乎的是什麼.

年華漸老, 我們似乎更有這種需要. 六年前, 我開始有自己的"部落格", 取名 "葉子檔案" (The Yehtze File), 至今存有六百多記. 也經常班門弄斧, 野人獻曝, 分亨同學朋友.

還是那老句話:

I write what I see and hear, what it means to me, what I think, and what I want to say.

十年來，記下一千兩百篇，"浮生散記"。

都是生活瑣事，漫不經心的自言自語，或是直覺的衝動，隨性所至，想寫就寫。

有了 iPhone 後，更能將眼前珍惜的景物，瞬間而過的美麗畫面，拍攝記錄下來，不僅自怡悅，也敢持贈君，....
