This 元曲 by a "無名氏" was obviously a lie. It was a "村夫的謊言".

Some peoples lie and "臉不紅 氣不喘". They "吹牛不打草稿",
"自吹自擂", and "信口開河".

But it could also be a humor if you know he or she was just kidding.

And therefore we could consider the above 元曲 to be simply an
"幽默".
