重聚

公元744年，賀知章辭去朝廷官職，告老返鄉，時已八十有六，距他離鄉已有五十年頭。人生易老，世事滄桑，心頭有無限感慨，寫下:

回鄉偶書     唐  賀知章

少小離家老大回，鄉音無改鬢毛衰。
兒童相見不相識，笑問客從何處來。
離別家鄉歲月多，近來人事半消磨。
唯有門前鏡湖水，春風不改舊時波。


今世詩人林文釗，在他的 " A Stream Keeps Running " 英文詩集裏，寫了 "Reunion"  一首  ,  也是 "回鄉偶書":

We used to start with "time flies like an arrow"
for an essay in grade school, eager to grow,
wishing time would really fly, mind is narrow.
It was an era to hang out, come and go.

All of a sudden, looking back, older generation
walks stiffly, hairs are gray and faces are wan.
Flowers bloom and fade every year in iteration.
People come, people disappear and gone.

We visit the village at the old quarter.
Our accents have changed and not a single chum
was around as we were gone too long, the porter
wonders where all these strangers came from.

In the gathering, cousins with their kids in line.
No one tied the knot when we last went out to dine.

重聚        By 葉子

小學的作文，
我們往往這麼起頭，
"光陰似箭，日月如梭"，
只要我長大。
時光飛逝，
玩的年代，來了又去。

驀然回首，
老一輩們，
龍鍾老態，灰髪蒼容。
年年花開花落，
是自然的循環法則。
人來人去，人走了。

昔日村裏的老厝落，
郷音已改，舊識不見，
到底我們離鄉太久了。
他們笑問，
你這這些陌生客人，
是從何處來？

當年離別餐聚時，
堂表兄弟未成家。
如今，
他們兒女忽成行，
家庭聚會擠滿堂。

人生不相見，動如參與商。
今夕複何夕，共此燈燭光。

怡然敬父執，問我來何方。
問答乃未已，驅兒羅酒漿。
夜雨剪春韭，新炊間黃粱。
主稱會面難，一舉累十觴。
十觴亦不醉，感子故意長。
明日隔山岳，世事兩茫茫。
