Let's talk about........... .

Once there was a young Infectious Disease instructor at UCSF. One
day, his boss, the chief of ID (Infectious Disease), called him and
asked him to give a talk on "Antiviral Therapy" to the medical
students. For him, Antiviral Therapy was such a boring subject with
uninteresting and complicated molecular structures. He did not
really want to lecture on it.

In the early morning on the following Monday, there he was in the
classroom. Facing those already somewhat lethargic-looking medical
students, he began his lecture by saying "Let's talk about antiviral
therapy !" Sure enough, not before long, he noticed 1/3 of the
students were already somnolent, 1/3 were half way there, and the
remaining 1/3, although were still alert, only God knew what was in
their minds.
