Nature Reconditioning

“Reconditioning” means restoration and readjustment of an object to
a good condition.

Mother Nature (大自然 or 大地), although is quiet and blunt most of
the time, periodically needs a reconditioning in order to return to its
own natural balance and its integrity. The act of its reconditioning,
however, can be “cruel” to the humanity at times, especially when
its integrity is terrorized and destroyed, or even is just invaded and
disturbed.

Nature is never vengeful, although some people had characterized
the natural disaster as “nature’s revenge", or "大自然反撲" .
However, if the humanity does not respect the nature and continues
to destroy the environment or terrorize the ecosystem of this planet,
there are going to be consequences. Those consequences will, one
way or other, ultimately bring the planet and nature back to “new
balance” or "reconditioning". By invading the nature, industrial
revolution and advanced civilization would only encourage natural
disaster.

There is a wisdom I have learned from Loa-Tze called:
"Living in Obscurity", which I have applied to my gardening.
I called it "Principle and Art of Gardening", and there is always
peace and harmony in my yard and garden.

Now it can also be called:
“Living in harmony with nature”:

Should you want to contain something,
you must deliberately let it expand.

Should you want to weaken something,
you must deliberately let it grow strong.

Should you want to eliminate something,
you must deliberately allow it to flourish.

Should you want to take something away,
you must deliberately grant it access.

The gentle outlasts the strong,
and the obscure outlasts the obvious.
